Project ideas

I think that the important element in shooting from the hip is going to be lighting. I'm going to try to use back lighting and side lighting more than front lighting. I also might try to shoot inanimate objects, putting emphasis on the angle at which I'm showing them from.

project problems

I did some test shots the other day and it was really difficult for me to get a clear shot of an eye with the lenses I have. What I think I'll do is take my images outside with really low ISO so I can crop it around the eye and the image still won't be small or grainy.

I'm not sure what I want to shoot for this project, maybe nature scenes or landscapes and then edit them in photoshop.

I also think it would kind of be cool to do something with other people in it but I have no idea what...
